The picture is not what you get

Don't expect to get a "front grille" as shown - it's a simple intake manifold. The size is also smaller than the cooling grille shown. The rest works as it should.

Wrong part suitable for air conditioning

Nothing wrong with that but it's not the right product, it's for duct ceilings with no vent in the ceiling pack. be careful when buying

Wrong product, cheap replacement

You sent the wrong product Products do not match the description or instruction manual. Sent it back for an exchange but after seeing these reviews you may need to return for an exchange as well. Terrible and misleading list.

Don't understand what's in the picture

I specifically ordered this because my client wanted the ability to 'reset' the air conditioner. What I received does not match the picture at all. It does not have a reset function and makes it impossible to cool the living room or direct air through the vents to better cool the bedroom. The picture you see is not what you get, not even remotely.

Does not come with a cooling grille as pictured

NOT AS SHOWN - 2 stars only because it doesn't come with a ceiling mounted cooling grille as pictured. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before buying, so I'm ashamed. Still works great for my bedroom 5th wheel setup. Air ducts deliver a large volume of conditioned air. I have not found any kit that comes with any cooling grille for sale. If you need it, plan to buy it separately. (8430A6321) otherwise everything is included except wall thermostat (9430A338). I installed this with Coleman Mach…

Not as pictured on RV Parts & Accessories

The item arrived on time but the product received is not as pictured, not even close. This item will work but the reason I chose it was for the ease of cleaning the filter as it has two removable screens. The one sent, although reusable, requires the removal of screws in the roof panel to do this. The vent cover is slightly larger than the AC mounting bracket. The item pictured is almost identical to the one I used for my ductless AC unit and it mounts directly to the AC mounting bracket rather
