Came from the factory in the original packaging. The fan was missing. Either the people who put the parts in the box weren't paying attention, or the oversight and quality control in the comfort zone is negligible.

This fan is easy to assemble, quiet and all functions work properly as described. I use it in the bedroom every night. No rattling or other annoying noises that many other fans make. I wasn't sure how good it would be as it's not in the more expensive category but I'm very happy with this fan. Great buy at a great price!

The fan is not even worth its cheap price. The three speeds are practically the same and the fan is loud even at the lowest setting. Very cheaply made and very thin. And although returns are allowed, they sent me a replacement instead of a refund. So now I have to try to go through this process a second time to get my return. I would not recommend buying this product.

Not only is the manual only half written, I can't decipher it to send it back to the company. very cheap. So send it back fully assembled in a large box. There is a fuse in the plug. This fan can be opened and cleaned (not everyone can do that!), which is important to me in a warm, humid climate. Dirt builds up after a while and I don't want it crashing down on me. This is the first bad review I left here. I plugged it in and the motor hummed but the blades didn't spin. My mum tore the box when I was assembling it so I can't return it for a refund so I ran out of money for it. It's made out of very thin cheap plastic. Very weak fan. When I assembled it I thought I did something wrong because it wobbles a bit. I had my husband check it and everything was tight and properly attached.
