I do not recommend!

Item arrived with no parts or instructions. I asked them to send another one and it was broken. Many reviews state that this product is defective or missing. Unfortunately, I didn't see it until I bought it. Not recommended!

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons

Difficult assembly

This product does not fit together as described. Either the nut holding the blade is torn off, or something is missing. It is not screwed onto the shaft as described in the instructions. Should have been assembled at the factory.

Pros
  • Good assembly
Cons
  • So far so good

Inexpensive but works best with domestic fans

Useless instructions. Cheap plastic fan housing. I had to use a flathead screwdriver to take the damn thing right out of the box. Then create our own guide and put it together. Tightening the nut that holds the fan in the extended position requires a "vise clamp" to keep it from slowly slipping. The motor is quiet, but the twist/button mechanism is cheap and noisy. Cheap device but I think I should have expected it for the price! Next time I will spend more money to get a better fan.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Exorbitant price

Nothing for people with poor eyesight.

Thought it would be the best fan I have ever had. The instructions are frustratingly difficult to follow as the sheet is printed in perhaps the smallest set available. As a result, I collected it through trial and error. The images are also ridiculously small. I don't think you can understand it from there. If you buy one, make sure you have a magnifying glass or reader with a magnifying glass. "Night Light" in the academic sense only. That is, only the button lights up. Don't think that it…

  • Positive only
Cons
  • Will do

Great fan at a low price but often damaged - the company is unkind to you

The Comfort Zone fans sold by Market & Main are good quality fans and so is the price you pay. The Comfort has pricier fans, but in the $20-$50 price range, fans can complement the rest and come out on top. The assembly is very simple. Performance is as described. These fans are quiet, but they also produce a sustained noise that's calming enough to use as white noise in a bedroom. Air movement is decent with the standard fin configuration, but the five- and six-fin fans really push air through

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things

Wow! air movement! for floor fans

This fan is amazing! I have a large office and I put this fan in a corner of the room. I can feel air movement throughout the room, and I'm not talking slight air movement, I'm talking heavy air movement on the lowest settings! I live in a very hot area and have bought many fans, some twice the price, but never before has a fan performed as well. I went back and bought another one and am thinking of buying a third one. And whisper softly! I bought a fan for $80 along with this one. This fan is…

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • Sufficient

Moves lots of air for heating, cooling and air quality

Benefits: The design of the grille and fan blades allows for large airflow even at low settings. On 2 and 3 I can easily navigate my living room with vaulted ceilings. I can feel the air rushing into my dining room. With the exception of controls and motor parts, this fan is made entirely of plastic made in Mexico. The grill is held in place by 6 plastic tabs which are pretty good. Cons The instructions are mostly clear and can be followed, but the assembly process is lengthy and complicated…

Pros
  • One-year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
