I thought I bought new but it was apparent it was used. Ripped open parts bags inside, styrofoam loose in box. It was easy to set up but every time I moved it I kept hearing something loose inside. In January, 2022 I purchased a FYC Treadmill using the Ebay app to do so. It was my first treadmill. Shortly after I started using it, I had questions about a specific feature of the treadmill. I emailed Ebay to ask questions but, I was told that I needed to speak directly to someone at FYC, because they were a third-party vendor. I live in a small studio. I got this threadmill last Friday and so far it has been great! Have done 3 workouts since. I've been able to run/jog on it and have a great sweat session. I wasn't able to store it under my couch, but I placed it on an empty corner and pop it out when I'm ready for a workout. So far I'm loving this threadmill :) Will update in case anything changes.
