Works well. Disable deep sleep mode.

Easy setup. Printed from both a mobile device and a laptop. Compatible with Airprint and Googleprint. Quiet, fast and clear. I like that it's compact and the paper is loaded at the bottom. Just watch the YouTube video to turn off deep sleep mode, it takes about 30 seconds. This is actually not that difficult, but it should definitely be included in the basic instructions.

This printer is a nightmare!

This is my third Brother printer. I wore the first two. This thing is a NIGHTMARE! Goes into deep sleep all the time. I called Brother Support twice. They got it working, then BAM, now I don't even have a light. First he looked for a printer. Then he said he was not online. Then he is in a deep sleep. Now when I unplug and plug back in, no light comes on. He's less than a month old! what happened to brother

Fast and quiet! Best in Office Electronics

LOVE this printer! I did a lot of research before purchasing and am very happy with this Brother wireless printer. It was SO easy and quick to set up and connect all of our wireless devices and computers. It's much quieter than our previous HP printer and much faster. We don't print photos so we didn't need a color printer - I'm considering monochrome. High quality print - can only be pleased. This printer is great

This printer replaced a Brother HL-1440 that I've had for probably 8 or 9 years and needed a drum. The drum would cost about the same as this printer, so it wasn't difficult (plus the HL-L2370DW got a very high rating). I use it with a wired connection to my desktop, but I think I'll try to use its wireless capabilities with my laptop (as long as I have a grandson to help me!). Duplex printing works very well. The printer is sleeping. Is always. You have to turn it off and on again every time you want to print.

You can turn off Deep Sleep, you can use the ridiculous Remote Printer Console, you can turn off all the Environment settings. None of that matters. If you do not print anything within 15 minutes, the printer will sleep and refuse to print. All devices see it fine, like online. All print requests have expired. Turn the thing off (since there's no switch on the printer itself), turn it back on - all bad documents will now be spit out. It prints quickly and quietly, otherwise it's a perfect…
