It's easy to use, it's free, I can access my salary history from any device at anytime! You cannot compare your current pay with previous years or even last year. If you are looking for an online tool to easily search salaries of different positions in one place this is perfect. The only downside is that their pricing model changes frequently so if you're not careful you could end up paying more than necessary. I like how you can compare different items in your price range to see which one performs best and give it an estimate of cost savings or loss if purchased over other products at their same price point. It's not very user friendly (it took me about 5 minutes just trying out some things), but they have been working hard on improving this feature so hopefully, soon we'll be able to use the tool more efficiently! I like how easy it was to find jobs compared with other sites, as well as comparing prices of different products/services. The only thing I dislike about this site is having to use my phone in order to search for jobs (and then have to go through all the apps). It would be nice if there were more options or even an option to do everything using just your computer!
