I received the item today and the zip on the bottom of the lunch bag was broken. It doesn't fasten, just goes in circles and doesn't fasten. Luckily I have another lunch bag that easily fits in the bins. No, I'm not coming back. It's not worth the trouble. The glass containers are very well made and I am satisfied with them. Buy if you want to take the risk and good luck!

I was skeptical about ordering something that has no reviews but I took a chance by choosing this product and I did am glad i did it. The bag was a good size. Glass containers are also airtight (tested with water inside and tilted). It came in very good condition with bubble wrap so it was protected. Probably a repeat purchase as I love it so much. Haven't tried it yet but am very happy to use it.

This is the WORST purchase ever! NOT what he says that is at all. It should be sealed. ABSOLUTELY NOT! I put an ice pack in the bottom as I need it for a 10 hour work day to keep my drinks cold. I took it to leave work and the water literally poured out from under it. I will never buy one of these again! Looked very cheap when I got it. The bowls are what I paid $26 for I believe. THIS PRODUCT SUCKS!

I love this lunch bag. I have a job without a fridge so I needed something to keep food cold. That worked great for me. I like glassware very much. I love the ice pack that comes with it, but mine is leaking and eventually becoming useless. I have to wipe the water off the bottom of the bag every day, but that's not a problem. The only thing I would like is dishes and a small holder in the bag for it. Otherwise I love it. I am happy with my purchase.

I was skeptical about the value for money before deciding to buy (thought I'd probably return it if I really didn't like it). When I opened the box I was very surprised by the quality of the packaging, everything was individually wrapped in Bible foil, the containers convinced me and I'm glad I made this decision because they are really good quality. I was planning to buy an ice pack for my lunch box but it came with a bonus ice pack which got me really excited as I didn't know it was included!

I should have read the description better. Ahaha, my pleasant surprise was when I saw the glass jars and ice pack. I've been using this lunch box for a week now. That's great, I haven't had a hot lunch yet. I drive all day and have to carry a lunch box with me all day. My dinners stay delicious and cold, although my yogurt doesn't stay that cold.
