This thing is amazing! My Keurig 2.0 got hot and sounded like it was trying to pump out water but nothing came out. I've tried cleaning with vinegar several times but to no avail. This thing worked after a single treatment.

This product works great! My problem is more related to shipping and packaging. I was undeterred from trying the product because I was missing about half an ounce. nope!
