This product did what it was designed to do. We bought the Ninja Coffee Bar for Christmas. The manufacturer's instructions were observed during installation. After about a month of use, the "clear" light came on. I tried cleaning it with a vinegar/water solution as directed in the instructions. This method did not properly clean the machine as the "Clean" light stayed on. The instructions also include a descaler as an option. That's why I ordered this product. I followed the directions on the bottle and Ninja's instructions for a thorough cleaning, resulting in a clean machine. This product is very easy to use.
