Great experience with Competitive Tech solutions

I like how fast they respond if you call during non-business hours. They are very helpful when it comes time for an upgrade or new product purchase decision. Their pricing structure can be confusing at times as well. We have been using them now since 2013 but we had some issues this year regarding upgrades which were resolved quickly by their team. If your looking for great phone system solution then get in touch! There really isn't anything I dislike about competitive techsolutions other than

  • Good price point compared to competitors.
  • Easy access from any device including iphone / android phones no need internet connection

Competitive Support Options, Inc. - Professionalism Exemplified

Their responsiveness was very impressive! They were always willing work extra hard as requested even after we made other offers for larger projects from competitors - which they lost out due too since some could not move forward without additional assistance / money (even though I had all cash funds available). The staffs knowledge-base are unparalleled & their willingness extend help whenever necessary despite being stretched at times because client deadlines kept approaching us every now…

Great way communicate with staff in real time, loved that

The ability for my team members to have access from anywhere at anytime through their mobile devices without having to go into an office or building was very helpful! I would like it if we could use this software outside of work hours as well but currently only available during business hours. It does not allow us to do so yet which makes me sad because i love being able to log out when needed even after working hard all day long. Make sure you are aware what your needs are before purchasing…
