Great tool for tracking progress on care management

We have been able to quickly identify high risk patients, flag them for our pharmacist so they can be monitored more closely in order to ensure compliance with their medication therapy regimens. It has also allowed us to track changes that were made by providers or staff members which is helpful when we are looking at claims data from prior years (ie., determining if there was an increase/decrease of medications). I wish it had better integration into EMRs - would make life easier! Also…

  • It is easy to populate and the ability to search for patients by name or group membership

  • The lack of integration with EMRs (eg., Epic, Cerner)

Great all-around solution - especially good support

It can be used with either compliance or risk tools, which is convenient for some clients who want both types of solutions in place at once (in one tool). If an organization has only 1 product it would help if they had more than 2 products available because there are so many features that aren't included by default when using just "compliance". I think this platform was built from multiple vendors & each vendor made certain things too complicated/not intuitive but we've gotten over those…

Pros
  • Customer support really went out their way to try new ways within software design..very helpful!!! Easy learning curve compared other platforms where you have training sessions all day long about how something works..but nothing else...just hard time figuring stuff our without assistance...sigh.it's good enough tho great team behind everything

Great for managing claims and filing with good customer service

I like that it has an easy interface, is pretty intuitive once used for awhile (even if only in demo mode). It can be difficult at times pulling up all of our insurance plans quickly when we need them which sometimes makes us wait until later just so they don't disappear! We have been able get away with using this system because there are several other software systems out ther ethat make claims very hard or impossible but not here - especially since one could use their own billing office too…

  • Easy to navigate from start to end..Easy setup; quick turnaround time between submitting data vs receiving results..great customer service support

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

Overall best payroll solution- hands off approach

I love that my practice can use this system without any additional software or hardware! It’s also great how easy it is for staff from different locations within our organization (3 states) to access/use their data while in work mode, which cuts back significantly with time wasted traveling between offices etc.. Honestly we didn't have too many issues when using PTO Manager but would like an option where user could see all open items vs simply seeing those they are working currently - not sure

  • I love this system's easy to use interface with the ability to access PTO data in real time when you are working and not just in the office!!

  • Not sure how this could be improved currently
  • I do not see any issues with it
