Bought based on good reviews. My old split (left and right) computer speakers started making noise (like electrical hiss) and the volume knob crackled. Was looking for a good budget speaker system for my new desktop PC. Found this on the website and was intrigued by the looks and all the good reviews. I have to say I'm more impressed than I thought. The sound quality is top notch and the bass is really good. You usually won't find good bass on budget speakers. I have had many speakers in the past and I think these are competing speakers I once paid $200 for. They have a headphone jack and external audio is muted when headphones are plugged in.

The Smalody speakers were a bit larger than I thought they would be, but they fitted nicely under my HP 2311xi 2K monitor and took up little space. The sound quality is incredible for the price, even (in my opinion) better than other more expensive speakers. For gaming or movies, using these speakers provides incredible presence, unlike other speakers such as laptop or monitor speakers. You can hear more subtleties in the sound of a game or movie than usual.

I wanted speakers for my desktop, they are pretty good Porce: The size is ok. Fits perfectly on my 22" desktop screen. The LEDs are bright, the best part is you can turn them off when you don't need them. The speakers are ok, the sound can be distorted when you crank everything to the max. , therefore not suitable for new laptops with only one additional connection.

I had high hopes for cheap Revain soundbars for my desktop setup. I also have a $200 SONY bluetooth soundbar that lets me listen to music around the house which is amazing with great sound, bass, treble and a great range. Did I expect the same harshness from this $30 USB-powered soundbar? no Be sure to connect it to my computer now. And feel frustrated. It's just a fancy looking ONE speaker. There is no low/high frequencies in it at all. I wish I could just go with a 2 speaker setup instead…

Everything was fine for a while then I plugged my headphones into the side jack for late night listening. It works fine BUT as soon as I unplug the headphones it doesn't come out of the speakers anymore. I can plug the headphones back into the speakers and hear sound, but if I want to use the headphones all the time, why do I need a speaker bar?

I really like this soundbar! The sound is absolutely clear and the overall quality is outstanding! The colors of the speakers are much brighter than shown in the video! I wish there was a specific color choice for the speakers and I wish they had more bass. However, this does not affect usability. Overall very impressed. You will get a great deal on speaker price!
