My daughter was wearing a shoulder strap when the material came loose and the stretcher fell in the driveway. At the time our cat was in it and she was pushed face first into the driveway; He is a kitten and only weighs about 6 pounds.

I used this to take one of my kittens to the vet to be spayed and it was a long drive. They have been found and I love that there are multiple ways to access the cat. The best feature is that the zippers lock over each other, so if the zippers start to unravel, your pet can't escape.

I bought this just before adopting my kitten from the Humane Society. I decided to leave it on the ground for her to play, sleep and climb on. If I have to put them in to go somewhere, there's no struggle. I use a walking stick, but it's light enough that carrying it around isn't a problem.

It only got two stars because there was enough space in the transport box for a medium-sized to large cat. My cat slipped out of the top of the zipper in less than ten minutes. Which wasn't an exciting experience given that I had to drive for eight hours with a stray cat in my cat. The zipper broke easily and split in two. He didn't even tense up and stuck his little head through the tip. I was really hoping this would work but I would argue that no adult cat can use this stretcher. Maybe good…

I bought this carrier to bring our new kitten home and to be able to transport him to vet visits etc. I was very happy with this carrier for many reasons. It's a beautiful color, very well made, durable and its best features are the multiple zippered holes (with latches to keep your pet safe). It's so satisfying to be able to get your pet in and out of the carrier from the top, the side, or both ends. Overall my cat loved this carrier! We recently bought this to fly with our cat and the shoulder strap broke at the airport. Luckily I held the other straps at the same time because I wanted her to be extra secure or she would only fall a few feet to the ground. One side of the strap has completely torn from the seam of the bag. Also, the lack of that strap made it difficult to carry. This is a fantastic carrier! I needed a slightly larger stretcher than the ones we've been using since she was a baby (which also collapsed on her. Oops) because we were traveling across the country. This carrier is durable. It retains its shape even when standing or lying on it. (She weighs 11 pounds.)
