💆 Conair Pro Hair Brush - Wire Bristles, Cushioned Base, Various Colors Review

I've been bringing these every year for 5 years. This is a great comb for long thin curly hair. The nature of the brush makes it difficult to clean, which is why I buy replacements every year. Unfortunately, the tips of the bullets have moved away from my last one. After losing more than a few it really scratches your head! So the latter increases my rating from 5 stars to 4. I'd love to be able to choose a color, but that's pretty low.

The balls at the ends of the bristles are starting to fall off, leaving SHARP WIRES for you to brush your hair with! The bristles are made of metal. I can't use it in less than a couple of weeks because it really hurts! Consider combing your hair with the RIGHT grill brush! I do not think so! So I threw it away

I have been using this brush every day for two months. It comes with a small brush which I haven't used yet. Only two bristles came out as seen in the photos above which is amazing when you know the difficulties I have with brushes and my hair. I've broken countless brushes, both "cheap" and "good". At first glance the brush seemed sturdy but after first use I noticed the bristles kept getting caught in my curls. It's been closed for a month now and it's obvious to me that the brush is of extremely poor quality. I may be out of Conair brushes, this one was supposed to replace my last crappy Conair brush, but it looks like I'll have to find a replacement for my spare now.

Cheap! The metal bristles are covered with rubber ends. After 4 months of daily use, 25% of the rubber tips have worn away, revealing sharp metal bristles that painfully scratch the scalp. Everything was great until this happened (and most of the reviews were probably written before they were actively used). such a fundamental subject, it surprised me. Will NOT buy again!

This brush is exactly what you would expect from this brand (if you have bought them in the past I bought this brush hoping that it doesn't have metal ends but was a bit confused as the title described the product as having them but photos and other reviews described them as plastic. Listing confusion aside, this brush brand and design is durable. I have been buying Conair wire bristle brushes since I was 20 and they are the best I have ever used. I have thick hair, so I like a comb that really gets through, as opposed to brushes with plastic bristles that just glide over bumps and kinks. These brushes are eternal too!
