Great customer service & ability to get info at one time

The best part about this product has been their ability to provide me as an agent so much information at one time! It can be overwhelming sometimes but I have learned how they use it efficiently within our office. Sometimes when you get more than 1 notification from them during shift change or something like that there may seem some lag before your next message gets through which makes things difficult if not impossible. We've found we're able solve most issues without having to send out emails

  • Easy access into all clients (even ones who are still in school)
  • Lots o' info accessible quickly upon logging onto system via smartphone app

Allows for easy transfers across departments

I was able to have my calls transferred from one agent to another without any delay or disruption thanks to this software! It has helped me resolve issues quickly as well as keep track of customers' needs so we can provide them what they need when they want it most. The only thing about this program which could be improved would be making it easier to transfer between agents within our team. We've been using Connectyse Call Transfer since 2016 and haven't experienced anything negative yet.…

  • Great tool if you run call center services such is telephone support/customer care..Great way organize your data /phone numbers etc..Very good system that works great in helping people get connected fast
