Whatever you do, this thing creates a mess. Looks good, shuts off automatically, even the noise doesn't bother me, but the mess it makes is a deal breaker. I ignored another reviewer who said it was dirty I should have listened.

This product is great! Runs quietly for a coffee grinder and final fine grind settings are correct to provide the right grind for each type of coffee brew. We live in Colorado and static is real here... says it's "static and unpredictable" but we still have to clean it up after each use. Otherwise it is the same as shown. Highly recommended.

This is my first grinder that I bought, mainly to grind beans into a cold brew pitcher. It does a great job of getting the consistent grittiness I was looking for. The grind size I used previously was too fine and I enjoyed using this grinder to get the grind size I needed for cold brewing. The machine is quieter than others I've heard. It's a bit more than I need, but when I have guests it's nice to be able to grind as much as I need very quickly. Happy with the purchase!

After about four weeks of use, the chamber between the grinder and hopper became clogged. I could clean the grinder and dig out some of the clog, but it would clog again and again. Because. because there is absolutely no access to the chamber where the grist passes from the grinder to the hopper. A good dark roast coffee is naturally a bit moist, so I can see why it can clog. But without access to the camera. There was no way to fix this problem. Bad design.

After a month of use, the internal passageway from the coffee grinder to the outlet for the grinding jar is clogged. There is no access to this internal passage, the grist will stand up and clog the coffee grinder, which is why it stops working altogether. I've tried turning it upside down and shaking it, tapping it, and even tapping it with my hand. It was hopeless. This thing does a great job in its main function - grinding coffee. However, I have had several learning experiences with it. 1. Due to the design, the only way to empty the coffee bean hopper is to turn the entire unit upside down. Don't try to remove the funnel from the device like I did lol. 2. A cup into which ground coffee is poured. I kept noticing after I ground and removed the cup that the ground coffee would be all over the bottom of the unit. As far as coffee grinders go, this one isn't bad. However, there are more disadvantages than advantages. The noise level is higher than with a conventional coffee grinder. There are about 35 settings from coarse to very fine, and the at does an excellent job of grinding a French Press. But coffee cup settings are disabled, only grind about 9 cups for 12 cups of coffee. It's easy to clean, but feels like you're cleaning the counter more with coffee beans than what gets on the plastic canister. I
