It's easy to use for both guests and employees, plus it allows us to keep up-to-date with our guest information without having to constantly go into the main system.
The only thing I dislike is that sometimes you have to refresh your page in order to see changes made by others, but this has been fixed since they updated the software! We've had great success using Connect Mobile as an additional tool to improve customer service.
