This software is wonderful for managing multi-contact center

I highly recommend this product if you need to manage multiple contact centers from one single system, it's easy to use even by your employees who don't have much experience in IT systems yet they are able touse all functions of CCP very well without any problem atall! Very good support team too which helps us alot when we face problems related our products usage. The price should also drop down more so people would feel comfortable using such expensive softwares like these since there really…
