I love this water bottle! However, I found it very difficult to get the water out through the straw. Tried unscrewing the cap a bit and even tried loosening the black plug in the cap (which creates a seal by creating a vacuum. You can't pull water through the straw if there's a vacuum in the bottle!). To fix this I had to unplug the little black connector in the lid.
