Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

I changed the tires on a brand new Volvo S60 T5 all-wheel drive. Even though there has only been a total of one thousand kilometers of operational experience so far, it has already been feasible to ride on all different kinds of winter surfaces. St. Petersburg and the surrounding area is the scope of this usage region. I am able to state that this is my very first time riding Velcro. prior to that, I was a skeptic as well as an avid fan of the Hakki 8-9 series. The following are some…

Pros
  • the vehicle's handling, acoustic comfort, predictability, and braking performance both on dry and wet pavement were all evaluated.
Cons

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

You know, I haven't felt this good about winter tires in a very long time. I made the commitment to never purchase Velcro after experiencing a studded ekogama, painful cordians, and an ambiguous henkook Velcro. The car has Toyo G3 studded, which is sufficient. Even if you account for the spikes, however, all that was, all this is nothing in comparison to these continentals. On the Continental, I was struck by how quiet the rubber was throughout. If there is snow, the urban mode gives the…

Pros
  • Silent, very silent excellent traction in snow, whether it's soft or icy
Cons
  • Although you should go more slowly when driving on ice, we don't frequently use winter roads therefore we don't need to worry too much about it.

I skated on goodrich g-force stud 185/65 R15 bush spikes for one season that I received as a gift. Despite not producing stellar outcomes, they were satisfied with the grip characteristics, which is logical given that the spikes are only on the sides. I once left the gas station in the accelerating lane and, relying on spikes, nearly flew sideways onto the track. In addition, the tires generated a lot of noise despite being soft and comfy at the joints (further studding having already been…

Pros
  • Very quiet tire that is smooth over bumps and joints. Arrivals and departures to yards, petrol stations, etc. act with dignity thanks to good braking properties on diverse surfaces, especially on ice places. For friction clutches, acceleration and lateral grip are slightly worse but still at a high level. If there are no aggravating conditions, front axle drift or rear axle skid occur smoothly, well managed into and out of a skid (with timely and accurate steering). is not frightened to change lanes through snow drifts or porridge that are even 10-15 cm high. Of course, you must use the steering wheel smoothly and maintain traction when changing lanes and returning to your lane. rider-friendly in snow. balanced as usual
Cons
  • Noticeable lateral drift (appearing at low speed) in icy places on uneven roads or in a turn. You have to taxi more on the track and there is a slight lack of directional stability (relative to summer tires), but this seems to be a problem with all directional winter tires. Starting up a hill that is covered in snow or ice may present challenges; it is preferable to take a coaster. When drifting or skidding, Velcro is less instructive than spikes since they quietly and gently "float away" from the trajectory while spikes, even with a minor deviation, start to scratch on the pavement and alert the driver to the grip limit. The tire functions effectively when it rolls on the ground, just like any Velcro. Grip on icy surfaces noticeably declines as soon as strong sliding (slide, blocking on braking, or side drift) starts. Therefore, I believe that the presence of ABS and ESP (as well as any friction clutches) is a must for the safe usage of these tires.

A positive opinion is formed from a comparison with summer BMW X3, size 245/50/19, both sets of RUNFLAT. Summer Pirelli Cinturato P7 . Their main problem is exorbitant rigidity and ugly stability in a rut. Kontik has nothing of the kind. Perfect option. You eat and have fun. May has already come, but the hand does not rise to change. But you have to take, made in Germany

Pros
  • Quiet, grippy tyres. In snow and slush, confidently in straight lines and turns (within reason, of course). Good price
Cons
  • NO
