Great product with helpful staff and attentive Customer Service

Easy to use, great customer service! I am very impressed by what they have done for us so far- we are excited about working through our implementation process together which has been smooth thusfar as well!! We love that it will be integrated into Salesforce; this streamlines how information flows from one system (Netsuites) directly in line w/ all of my CRM data points already within there.- easy access during events & meetings too - saves me time when needing quick answers or help solving…

Pros
  • The ease at using Conventions Suite with little training needed is just amazing..it really does make managing conventions extremely simple!!! Also having an email sent after each task completion makes everything seem seamless.great way keeping everyone aligned throughout convention planning
