every cartridge we bought in this company should have been sent back for replacement and now there is no residual guarantee 2 days after its installation we set it to 1000 copies before, before , before, before, before, before, how HE IS FEARED! THE FIRST CARTRIDGE WE TRIED TO INSTALL EXPLODES ANYWHERE. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I only use a couple of these cartridges a year when printing papers for my class. Considering the cost of remanufactured cartridges, printing in my room is inexpensive. I have tried several cartridges over the years. This one seems to produce the same number of pages as the OEM. My printer is the older, cheapest laser in this range. Some of the 42 cartridges don't work so I'm always careful about what I order. This cartridge worked like a charm, the quality is good!

5 of 6 worked well for about 300 or 400 pages at about 2% coverage. Then thick lines began to appear. I bought 6 and after 13 days I'm already using #6, the same problem occurs with every cartridge. Can't find good toner.

I've felt burned by other brands of cartridges in the past. Print quality can be questionable. Some of them have leaked. Not pretty. When it came time to replace the cartridge in my trusty LaserJet 4200, I turned down the $200 original HP price tag (even at Revain). I was hesitant to buy a different manufacturer's toner cartridge for my LaserJet 4250 as I've had bad experiences with traditional toners for it in the past. But I have to say that this Cool Toner has the best packaging, my printer recognizes it as a genuine HP cartridge, no toner leakage, no streaks, and the output results look better and darker than the HP brand! I love it! I'm so tired of paying over $200 for HP cartridges and I'm so glad I found such a great alternative that I can trust.

I have ordered 2 toner cartridges from this company and the first worked perfectly with no complaints. My printer read it as the original and used it for almost a year. I ordered a second one and it worked great for a few months and somehow started printing with a dark stripe down the side (must have been an accident).
