Quality you can trust

Intel continues to deliver quality. I can't wait to get my hands on an i7 Intel processor. The updated CPU fan has 2 clips broken. Not there (Intel) fault. That was my fault. However, I would wish for a transition to a different system for the assembly of the processor cooler.

Great replacement processor for old computer

Upgraded my Dell Inspiron 530s from E2160 to this processor (E8200). Significant performance increase for $55. Great upgrade for an old computer. The only downside is that I couldn't use the stock Intel heatsink that came with the new processor as it uses push pins instead of screws to attach to the existing motherboard. If possible, reuse the original cooler if it is still in good condition.

Pros
  • Processors CPU
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish

Good CPU Overclock for CPU Processors

There isn't much to say about this CPU model except that they are pretty cheap and most of them are 800Mhz compared to factory speed with a factory intel cooler and with a decent achieve even more cooling. Pretty safe buy for a budget car, although there's always something better and cheaper around the corner. I'm glad mine was overclocked to a stable 3.7GB with a Corsair H50 cooler on a Gigabyte EP45-UD3P.
