Self-shielded welding wire E71T-GS, designed for welding without shielding gases of thin sheets of galvanized carbon and low alloy steels in all spatial positions. Flux cored wire, with an overlap joint, for single-pass welding, without protective gas atmosphere in all spatial positions. The wire is primarily intended for use in the shipbuilding industry, outside the normal working conditions of welding in shipyards or where it is difficult to use the semi-automatic welding procedure in shielding gas. For welding parts that are in rotation, the manufacture of various metal structures, etc. DC welding, direct polarity.

I am satisfied, the product fully corresponds to the description.

The main thing is to set up the device normally, and not immediately run to cook and then complain that the wire is bad. I used it with the device "Stavr sau-180" - I made myself a smoker. Quite tolerable wire, perfectly replaces the electrodes . After welding, you do not need to beat off the slag, but just run a metal brush over the seam a couple of times and the seam shines

The quality was generally satisfied, there were minor shortcomings.

Wasted money. I took it for a test for a semi-automatic welding machine. Well, there is a lot of splashes, the slag is very hard, you can’t beat it off with a hammer. I thought that I bought a bad semi-automatic welding machine (Aurora Overman 185). As a result, I bought a cylinder with a welding mixture and a copper-plated wire from the same DEKA company (also cheap). I cook and in my heart I am calm for the welding semiautomatic device. Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

Since I used a semiautomatic device and, accordingly, a flux-cored wire for the first time, it was not difficult for a beginner to fill the wire into the welding machine.

The best purchase in my life, I will definitely buy it again.

For household needs on the farm or homemade products - that’s it, you don’t need to keep protective gas cylinders. For commercial use - not an option. Got pros: Good quality for its price, can be cooked tolerably in the absence of a protective gas environment. Cons below: It splatters a little at the beginning of the feed (before the flux included in the composition begins to evaporate), but this is not a disadvantage, but a compromise for this type of wire.

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

I took this wire 2 times, before that it was 1mm cooked roughly. this one cooks softly. The cabin of the tractor was digested all and everywhere
