This is a generic phone. Good sound quality, nothing disturbs. The conversation is pleasant and can be turned down. It would be nice to have a few different ringtones, but overall it works.

This is your standard office phone. It stores 10 phone numbers, call history etc etc. It looks pretty massive and solid. The phone can feel uncomfortable after prolonged use, but that's probably typical of most phones.
