🔥 Cosmo COS-6324EWH 24in. Stainless Steel Wall Mount Range Hood with 3-Speed Fan, Permanent Filters, & LED Lights: Perfect Over-Stove Vent Solution Review

Very disappointed with Cosmo's customer satisfaction. My unit came without permanent stainless steel filters, rendering the range hood completely unusable. I contacted Cosmo support and respectfully asked if they would send me the filters that were supposed to be included with my purchase. All I got from them was sorry and NO. Incredible customer service. He did not offer a solution to the problem. So now I have a useless range hood. I still can't believe they won't try to fix their mistake.

We are in the process of installing this and I want future buyers to know that this hood model is NOT 41.7" as shown on the diagram in the book or on the website. We've worked with ceilings about 9 1/2 feet tall, and while this still works, it will look awkward. Actual measurements are just under 41 inches high with very little overlap between the inner and outer stacks. Now we have to hang it higher than I want. I'll update when we get it working.

Highly efficient, even if it's cheap, fragile and noisy. The hood works well; It draws out the polluted air like it should. The taillights are bright and clear. Don't be fooled by the bluish tint. The hood was only installed a few days ago, the instructions are clear. Everything you need to mount it on the wall was included. This is a beautiful appliance that fits perfectly in my kitchen.
