These towels are better than I expected... I found out the price, they will probably be quite thin but they are quite thick and absorbent. The problem is that we've had them for a little over a month and the side seams are already unraveling.

I've seen many complaints about stacking and other issues. Upon arrival I washed them in my front loader which doesn't have an agitator which causes the materials to pile up and stretch. Came out okay. We have used a light wash and gentle dryer to prevent shrinkage and all is well and the towels have retained their bright colours.

I read the other reviews and was very concerned but ordered anyway. It didn't fall apart for me. I followed the washing instructions which said to use cold water. I washed twice, before and after the trip, and everything is fine. Yes, there was a pile of lint in the dryer, but four towels filling the lint trap for the first time isn't a big deal when very old towels still fill my lint trap halfway. First of all, yes, these things lose horribly on the first wash/dry. Lint got on everything in the washing machine. I decided to check my dryer lint filter about 10 minutes into the drying cycle (I clean it before every load). In these 10 minutes they were completely filled.
