I've had these for about a week now and they fit perfectly in the ear. The sound quality for music is great however, when using it for phone calls the sound quality is poor. I keep getting complaints that I sound muffled, distant or like I'm far away using a microphone. This is heart breaking as these were bought specifically for phone calls as I'm always on the go and keeping a phone in my hand to talk is not always possible for multitasking. The case is the charger, put them away and plug in the case and they charge up. They stay iny ears while on my tractor with the ear hook. I am very pleased with these.

Very comfortable, sound quality is good. The best earbuds I’ve purchased in a while for a good price. I like them way better than my old AirPods also and any other earbuds I’ve spent money on. Definitely worth it!

Once connected, these bluetooth earbuds work fine. However, they take FOREVER to pair - sometimes as long as 10+ minutes to connect. I only use these with a single device, so it's not like the earbuds need to scan over multiple devices. Since I don't want to spend more money, I will continue using these until they stop working, but I will not purchase another pair these earbuds; that hassle of trying to get them to pair just isn't worthwhile.

I use them when I'm working around the house or outside in the garden. They always connect and are durable. I love the case that charges and protects them.

Ear buds can be fickle. And sometimes easy to misplace. Got these as trainers. But proved themselves to be survivahs. For real.

While not moving around they're okay. However, when I go for a walk and place my phone in my pocket or even have my hands by my side the audio skips are so horrendous it defeats the purpose of a peaceful walk with music. It's not a range issue, because I can be on the other side of the building I work in or my house and it will still play fine. It's only when I walk for some reason. I wouldn't recommend this product.

It’s advertised to last up to 6-7 hrs and clear sound for hands free. I get maybe 2 hrs and when I tried to use them as hands free with my phone, I was told I sounded muffled. I’m returning it and getting a different brand.

The earbuds have great sound quality when you are just listening to music, but when someone calls you, all they can hear is a clicking sound over your voice. I have disconnected and reconnected and it still does it.

These work great but, as the batteries die, the audio fades and fluctuates. At least you can tell when the batteries are dying and that they need to be recharged.

These look "clunky" not stylish, but they deliver in comfort, sound and long battery life. Great value at this price point. They cannot fall out of your ears in regular use. I would pick features over style any day now, knowing how great they are.

I’ve been looking for ear phones that not just can get loud but also have the base. Depending on the song playing, it can get pretty loud but the base…. These are the East phones I’ve been searching for! I can feel the base from the songs in my ears! I also love that when the ear phones themselves get low on battery power, i just stick them back in their case and before i know it, they’re fully charged again, without having to plug the case in! These are definitely worth the cost.

Rating as 2 stars primarily as the sound to me had no bass and was tinny. (almost echo-y) That said all other functions were fine. If you like punchy bass these are NOT for you.

These headphones are very comfortable. They have clean crisp sound at very high volume! Highly recommended. Great for the gym they stay in place don't fall out.

Sound quality is good for a $20 pair of earbuds. But they don’t have much range. Unless my phone is in the same room, they lose signal.
