The rack cover clip broke after five months of use. A bit awkward to tap on the screen with your finger. I had to use a pen. However, it protects the phone after rough use and drops.

ProsSolid. It will definitely protect your phone when dropped. Looks nice. The texture on the sides is nice. minuses. An extra button, like the protrusions on the sides, which confuses my wife. This makes my screen think it's being tapped when I swipe.

The buttons do not work. Not even close to Otterbox quality. When unpacking, I was immediately skeptical because of the "haptics" of the soft rubber-silicone material. Buttons did not work during assembly. Reassembled, no difference. I do not recommend this brand.

Love the durability and strength of this product. It is durable and fits my phone perfectly. However, there is a small problem with this product. The problem is that the screen protector doesn't stick to the screen like a piece of tempered glass, so dirt and other debris will slide into the case, forcing the user to remove the case at least once a week to clean debris out of it.

In my experience, this is an exceptional case. This case has been dismissed at least 20 times; one of which was about 16 feet. It got stuck on numerous doors but still protected my device; and stay healthy and happy. Great job Aegis! I expect no less as you are the namesake of a very good system! Would have given five stars if the volume and power buttons were less cumbersome.

I've worked in manufacturing all my life and I'm also a military veteran. So if anyone recognizes a well-built product, it's me.
