Well packaged and arrived on time!

These neopastes are simply a dream, very pigmented, oily-soft, but don't crumble in the hands. I'm learning how to use oil pastels and am really excited to use them in my work!

Pros
  • Doesn't powder - doesn't dry out
Cons
  • sad packaging

I prefer the more expensive French brand.

A set of vibrant and rich oil pastel pigments for professional artists. I prefer her to Sennelier. Sennelier oil pastels are too soft. Caran d'Ache have a creamy texture but are more durable and last much longer.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly Torn

they were fakes

I should have guessed that at the low price. I bought some Caran D'ache Neopastel oil pastels in a set of 16 at a hardware store and they are so superior to these it's unbelievable. The ones in this 48-piece set are non-greasy and break into pieces with light pressure. A person gets what they pay for.

Pros
  • elegant design
Cons
  • long delivery time

Five stars! Great set of oil pastels!

I'm in the "oil painting phase" right now, so I've decided to try my hand at oil pastels. I've never been good with them in the past, but I decided to give it another try. It turns out these oil pastels are fun to use in my drawings and they aren't too hard like the cheaper pastels and not as soft as the Sennelier ones. That's right, and they are perfectly combined with each other. I like to use baby oil and cotton swabs to blend them in and they go well with my Polychromos, another oil-based…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
