- Easy to set up - acoustic engine - it's something. Thing.
- No
- * good sound, better than any built-in
- * capricious driver, driver installation may be blocked by antivirus * price * moronic software
- My PS4 opened up in a new way (I'm listening with Audio-Technica ATH-M50X headphones) - the sound has changed so much that I just can't imagine how I played before. Shooting is a pleasure, in the sound environment I hear the smallest shades and rustles, the music in games is now worth it just to stop and listen. It is very convenient to adjust the sound in headphone games with the wheel on the amplifier.
- From the point of view of an amplifier for a game console, I did not find any shortcomings. But if I took it purely for a computer, then I would probably say that I didn’t notice any fundamental changes in sound
- - Great sound - RGB - Portability
- - Sound output through optics only in stereo (no 5.1) on a card at this price - Crooked volume wheel - Lack of volume wheel sensitivity adjustment - Not the most convenient software (but for Creative it's already good) - Very slow product support
- crackling, rattling. No matter what you do, nothing helps!
- - can cling to TV/PC/Mac/PS4/Xbox/Nintendo Switch - really improves the sound from the TV, set-top boxes and computers due to a good DAC when connected via USB or optics - amplified headphone output plays great and with a large margin of volume even on high-impedance ears - convenient adjustment of some sound parameters using a single knob-twist
- - there is no software for poppy, to install fresh firmware, you have to boot under Windows - if you want to play around with the settings, of which there is a wagon and a small cart - also only under Windows - the microphone feedback function is actually unusable: your own voice comes into your ears with a delay of about 200 ms, which is very confusing . I don’t lower the rating, because in principle it doesn’t care
- Excellent sound quality. Great headphone amplifier. The card does not pick up interference/interference from the PC. Before that, I had experience with Crearive AE-5 and it caught interference from the GPU inside the PC, tried a lot - nothing helped, which is why I parted with it very quickly. Simplicity and minimalism. The kit includes an optical cable. There is a light on the lid and a light on the wheel. Who does not need it, you can turn it off - and that's good.
- Build quality. The microUSB connector is shifted relative to the case cutout for it by a whole millimeter. Looks disgusting. I wanted to go back to change, but I tried to carefully plug in the usb cable - it seems to be included. Well, I think it works well. But, of course, in a 7x10cm box, messing up with the centering of the board is something you have to try. The microUSB connector itself is no longer very relevant. Could also plug usb Type-C. The volume wheel is crooked. But it is more for appearance, I will not use it much. I also consider it a minus that they did not install a simple power switch. The card just doesn't have it. Again, such savings on elementary things are incomprehensible. For example, I sometimes charged the phone from the PC when it was turned off, my motherboard is good, the current gives out decent and the phone charges well. And now to the sound. the card was not powered on 24/7, and it heats up when it is on, I have to de-energize the USB ports when the PC is off (via the BIOS). Also, in the minus, you can specify the complete wires that come with the card. If your card will stand approximately more than 1m from the interface device, then immediately look for another cable.
- Great sound and detail Good build Lovely appearance cool backlight) Pulls up to 600 ohms The sound can be adjusted both physically and on the computer All backlight can be turned off if not needed. Good set (Except USB cable) Ability to connect a microphone, speakers (STEREO 2.0!)
- Bad USB included Plastic case (More in the comment) Terrible software May glow if the computer is turned off (You must turn off Power on by USB in BIOS / UEFI)
- Very high quality and rich sound. Design, rich functionality. Perhaps the best virtual 7.1 in the form of Scout mode. Slightly cheesy. Newly added support for the latest Soundblaster Command (beta) software.
- Ill-conceived heat sink, resulting in inadequate heating of the case from below. The overall fragility of the design, thin plastic.
- Sound quality
- Software for setting up only under Windows Build quality is very average
- Cool sound, powerful headphone amplifier (I don’t know about the microphone, because I use a usb microphone) shakes the HD600 without any problems and there is still a margin (the volume in Windows is constantly at 50 - 55)
- Of the shortcomings, one can rather note the tightness of support.
