When I bought this sound device, I was still sitting on a laptop and, in fact, that’s why I took usb, everything worked fine with it (a laptop) out of the box, there weren’t even problems with the software (as they say on some forums), but after a couple of months I assembled myself a stationary and everything would be fine, but problems with sound began when the screen was shown in Discord, Zoom. It manifested itself like this: you start the broadcast and after 2-3 minutes the sound disappears with such a sound, as if when playing something hot, you pull out the 3.5mm jack and in order for it to appear back, you need to restart either the computer or the sound system. At the same time, if you connected via optics, there was no such tops. So here's the downside: the support worked for 1.5 months, answering once a week, despite the fact that I described the problem in great detail from the very beginning, shot a video where the problem is clearly visible, at the first request from them I sent the system config, etc. etc. In general, the problem turned out to be that this zvukovuha does not know how to work with PCI express 4.0, they say that the version is too new, it is not supported yet (as they answered in support). How they found it, the jester knows, but when changing the BIOS from PCI express 4.0 to PCI express 3.0, all the above problems completely disappeared.
