Love this iron. I had one for years that was worn out and immediately went back to this brand. It is ideal for bangs and small areas. I get what I call "ink" into my hair and this works perfectly to straighten it.

I'VE TRYED to get this hardware to work for me but it just doesn't do the job. I have thick shoulder length hair and I ALWAYS need to straighten it with this flat iron. I have to keep turning the knob up because it keeps going down to a lower position. And when I get hot, it gets hot for a while when I start doing small sections of hair, but then I have to wait until it gets hot again to finish the hairstyle. What a waste of money and of course I waited a long time to be able to return it.

This was the second tourmaline mini iron I've had. The first lasted for years. This stopped working after 9 months. I do not see in the description that it is an exchange or a guarantee. I would not recommend it. If it works, great, but it doesn't work now.
