I received the phone case with no problems. I like the case except that the ring on the back is hard to get out as everything is so tight. Perhaps the suggested improvement would be a notch so you can actually put your fingernail between the black ring and the metal ring. I attached the key ring to the metal ring for easy access. Otherwise, I'm in seventh heaven with the product. Highly recommended.

I never use phone cases but after my S10+ screen broke after a minor fall and I paid $300 for an insurance replacement I decided for a small shell. I have tried this (carbon fiber) and one from another manufacturer. The other is much better. In another case, the ring comes out very easily when you need to access it (in this case it was very difficult to pull the ring out). It looks and feels good, but the Longtec case suits me better in terms of style, feel, and ease of use.

Generally a good cover. The ring back case that fits my magnetic phone mount is exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I need. I have a few minor complaints. Resting your thumb on the fingerprint scanner's power button is a little tricky on the S10e. My old case had more space around the power button and it was easier to enroll a fingerprint.
