CSG Business Process Management Master Review

The user interface is very easy to learn, even for non technical users like me! Also it's fairly simple in terms of creating process flow diagrams which are essential when you want your business processes documented properly with ease! I like that it is very easy to use, not too much information for beginners or those who are new in this field of application management; also there's an option where you can export your data into Excel format so if one day we want more details about each process they're available as well! The only thing which i dislike at all time was when using some modules (like Workflows) were hard sometimes because my computer wasn't compatible with them but since then no problems have been discovered by me
