The customer service is amazing. I've been a loyal customer for many years and their support has always been top notch. I've had many issues with my account but they have always been very quick to respond and resolve my issue. The integration with Facebook and Twitter is really great and it makes posting to both platforms seamless. The most useful part of this tool for me as well our clients are all small business owners who need to track client data or send email marketing campaigns in order to grow revenue/business profit margins, without additional costs per transaction paid out-of -pocket by users!
