Okay, I'm 55 and I've never done my hair. It's incredibly straight and thin, and I don't like using heat because it causes damage. I only put 5 curlers in to try them out. I applied it to barely damp hair and let it work for about 60 minutes, it was very quick and easy. Love it!

I was skeptical. I have thick hair that doesn't like to frizz very much. Apply when my hair was damp, almost dry, and leave on for about 5 hours. It's great! I've kept curls in my daughter's extremely straight hair that don't normally hold curls! And with this perm system, NO hair products are required! My daughter fell asleep in it too!

Easy to use once you get the hang of it. I've found this works best if you pinch the tip until the hair is pulled through. Curls my daughter's hair which is very straight. She is happy and I am happy. Bonus: She doesn't complain about giving her a headache!

I am very happy with how these curlers work. Once you get the hang of it, which didn't take long, they're pretty easy to use. I wrapped mine in a light scarf and let it dry for a couple of hours. The curls came out fun and crazy. The only thing that scares me is that I can never sleep with these curlers on. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

I honestly bought this on an impulse buy! However, I have used it from time to time and do use it. I tried my daughter's short hair and then my crazy curly long hair. Here are my thoughts. It can be a bit frustrating to use on the first try. Doing this on someone else's hair is a lot easier than doing it alone. Short hair is best in my opinion, only one curler per strand is needed. Um, no catch? I can't use pieces if I can't stretch my hair. Kind of shit. and making it very difficult to return and replace, at that point you can just bear the cost and buy from someone else. 🙄 They sent again and came with a catch, pretty quick response and easy to use.

I didn't know what to expect when purchasing this item other than thinking it would be a great no heat solution to get the perfect curl. It is good that this was not the case. 1. You can't use this on wet hair as it won't pull through the tubes easily. 2. Generally just pulls out hair. 3. The curls are not symmetrical to the "look" of the curlers, this creates weird kinks that don't look good. ALSO, if you plan on sleeping in these things, think again.
