Received no straws from 2 out of 3 packages. Overall happy with the mugs, we use them on our hikes for my 4 and 2 year olds. However, they are a bit more expensive for a disposable cup. Would give 3 stars if straws were in my package :/

I was very happy with the first box of mugs I got so I bought 3 more packs in February and oh my god I wish I could open them up in February so I could reconfigure them . I've just opened them and all 3 packs have their lids not cut off properly so I can't even give cups to my 4 year old son.

Was hoping to use these for a child's birthday party and was very disappointed when 6 out of 15 lids didn't fit. I knew it was too good to be true! I had to throw away almost half because they were useless without the lids. For the ones that had lids that fitted properly, they were great, which is why I'm giving them two stars.
