Great tool but needs a better ratchet

tool works very well with hardwood floors in tight corners but ratchet is cheap and won't stay in place. Trying to rotate clockwise always resulted in a shift to the opposite position and a click.

Pros
  • screw model definitely better than jack model endless adjustments and quick release
Cons
  • weak

A must when installing floors

Use this tool when installing wooden floors especially around walls, toilets where you need a lever to pull the boards together. I got along without it on previous installs, but never again. It is easy to use and very convenient.

Pros
  • Save time and materials
Cons
  • I'll write later

I'm almost done with my first 1300 square meter parquet floor. Feet installed with this tool, what difference does this tool make when the boards are uneven and the last few runs are set next to the wall. I wouldn't do any other work without this tool, what a time and material saver.

Pros
  • Half a turn when turning back the screw 1.5 mm on the floor
Cons
  • Doesn't everything fit

Very handy tool!: Compression Clips

After installing my homemade floating laminate floor, I had a few uneven gaps at the ends and a tricky transition. I tried straightening the overlapping parts of the room with a pulley and hammer, but moving the entire floor of the room was too hard for the edge. I was amazed at the leverage of this tool for both pushing and pulling. I was able to move a 25 foot section of the installed floor to even out the ends. Just remember to use spacers for adjacent sections or the entire floor will move.

Pros
  • Time and Material Saver
Cons
  • Disappear
