Works great as intended

I use them to open two different sizes of botox and dysport bottles. I also use this for IV medications that need to be discarded, which also come in different sizes. The 13 and 20mm sizes are perfect for all of the above purposes. I have yet to come across a bottle I couldn't open. I highly recommend.

Botox drops flow out after cutting the metal filling.

A pair of pliers will push out the rubber seal when the metal seal is cut. Botox will flow out of the rubber tab. It is impossible to sterilely restore all drops. Unsatisfied. Let's return to the old technique of removing a metal filling with a stapler and pliers. This technique allows me to keep the botox around the rubber seal.

Ideal for 50ml and 100ml Botox bottles.

Ideal for opening 50ml and 100ml Botox bottles. There may be cheaper ways to open vials, but when a vial costs the same as botox, I want to use the right tool! It's easy to make and I'm not worried about breaking the bottle. I've seen other versions of this online that cost about twice as much but are only one-sided. It works both sizes in one tool at a good price and I can't imagine any other tool doing better than this. This tool appears to be very durable and well made.
