A bit of work, but worth it

installs easily into the bumper, but installing the wire connector was a bit tricky. Had to use a tool to snap it into place. After installation it works fine

Not working properly: External accessory

I was supposed to send it back but it took me too long to install and it timed out. They don't work, the proximity chime only sounds when the bumper is less than an inch from touching something.

Works as intended! suitable for redundant monitors and alarms

I looked this up after my local Ford couldn't figure out why my '04 Aviator had a 'Check Parking Assist' error. For some reason they wouldn't just change them. I put them on myself a few weeks ago and they work great. Definitely better than spending $150+ on OEM.

I'm not sure about the quality of the sensor, but the company's support is excellent.

The first kit I received worked initially. Then a few days later they just made a solid beep when reversing. I notified the company and they immediately sent a new kit. The new device doesn't beep constantly, but there's still a stutter in detecting things when I'm backing up. Now I'm not sure if it's related to those sensors or maybe it's the wiring harness now so the jury's out for me. The price is much cheaper than OEM.
