DAISY Review

I have been using Daisy for many years now so not much to dislike about it other than when you lose your computer or phone with all of your patient information is lost! You need something like this in place that can store everything from patient info to records, appointment schedules ect.. A must have program if you are serious about running a successful dental office. The ease of use of daisy makes it very user friendly and saves time by making record keeping easy. I like that it is easy to use for my busy schedule as an office manager! I like that it is very user friendly! The customer service has been excellent as well - always willing to help out with any questions or concerns we might have even if they are not related directly to our business relationship (ie- just trying to figure something else!). It is easy to use for my office! The reporting features are incredible as well- especially when I can send out an automated reminder that says "looks like we need your help with this patient!" And then you get paid immediately upon getting back in touch via text or phone call - no waiting period of any kind needed!!
