I like that it's easy to navigate through and pick what you want to see in your reports. Also, you can pull up information from previous years easily with this program. It can be difficult to figure out how to make changes or update things when needed. There are too many errors for me to count. I would recommend looking at other programs if you need something more detailed but also customizable. We use it to keep track of our inventory. I like how it integrates with Google Cloud for inventory and shipping. I also like how it has a lot of customization options. I dislike that you have to create different layouts for different customers and that in order to customize the layout you have to have someone create the layout for you.
