Yes, difficult to assemble, but great fun!

The first 12 bungees are no joke! After that, it's much easier. Now that it's assembled, I really like how quiet it is. The bounce is different than spring trampolines, I think if I were in better shape I'd prefer the spring type, but this one is very friendly to older people or beginners. I'll update once I've had it long enough to gauge durability.

Came folded, but one spring unattached which cannot be reattached without machine

Seems durable,but wastevif time for another damaged Best Buy sold product. Years evaluation and finally bought defunct. Unattached spring, and cannot be refolded for storage as noted . It is folded for transportation only to the location once unfolded stays and is larger than wanted for storage yet I need a trampoline. Just be truthful sellers and do your job to look at the quality and make sure shippable and usable before sending. Poor oversight

Very sturdy, bands are very strong, trampoline is heavy duty and very strong. Handle adds security from falling. Accessories.
