This is a filter, not a relay, not a low voltage protection

Not classified as low voltage, cannot be called a relay, mounts on an 11" charger to troubleshoot low reverse voltage (10.5 volts). . The poorly visible rear camera is not improved. The solution was to add a 4 wire relay. I left it installed after installing the relay so it might be a good investment - I don't know.

Works as best described in Car Safety & Security

I'm an ASE auto mechanic (37 years old) and I'm buying this for my customers' cars after reading the description and reviews of this product. Working as described and intended, I had a flickering image (not visible at all) after installing a backup camera on a 2010 VW Tiguan. I disconnected power and ground and connected this capacitor as indicated on the capacitor (source power input and camera output). ) breathtaking picture quality.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Works as expected on BMW 135i

Used for OEM secondary rear view camera with Pioneer MVC1400NNEX unit on 135i. Works as it should. Without this device, the camera showed no signs, and the previously working camera broke down due to a sharp drop in voltage. I'm wondering if reverse LEDs have something to do with extreme fluctuations, although they worked fine for years prior to the radio/rear camera upgrade. Anyway, this device solved my problem.

Works as advertised.

I installed a backup camera on my BMW's trunk handle that uses a wireless transceiver. The transmitter recommended connecting it to the taillight power/ground, but due to the PWM POWER BMW uses, I didn't get a picture when the car was running. I bought it hoping it would fix the situation. Thankfully everything looks fine after installation. The camera and Wi-Fi aren't very high quality, so I still get some interference, but it was worth the trade-off as I didn't have to rip out some guts to…

Works great!

I recently bought an android head unit for VW CC from aliexpress. There were a few issues installing this head unit, including a non-working rear camera (the screen goes blank) with the engine running. In principle, everything would work fine with the engine off. After some research on the internet I found that I was left with only two options: 1) Set the relay to 12V. 2) Install the built-in condenser filter. Since I had already closed the main unit's bezels and done the wiring, I decided to…
