I love this sunscreen, it's so easy to use that people keep asking me where to get it. Have recommended this company to half a dozen friends. My husband's first shade lasted over 10 years and two trucks. He ordered splicing jigs from a manufacturer to reuse in another car. Our family bought three of these shades, one of which was from Revain, and it was a few dollars cheaper than ordering direct from the manufacturer.

In terms of simplicity and effectiveness, this is the perfect sunscreen. Rather than messing around with accordion or roman shades that let in lots of light, this one effectively covers the windshield at a real price. Even in a hurry, this shade is convenient to just stretch and pull. This is the original sunshade just sold through Pepboys and among the other types of retractable curtains sold here this one has the most installation security (I've tried them all) with the best coverage.

This is the third one I bought for different cars. He does what he says and lowers the temperature by 10 degrees. Living under the Florida sun demands the interior of your car. It's really helpful. The only downside is that this was bought for an SUV and with a wide windscreen. Don't expect it to completely cover the windshield, either. and it's a bit tedious to close and open it. My main suggestion: if you close it, do it before you fasten your seat belt. I would definitely buy this again!

It took two years for the top string to break. I emailed the seller a week ago to see if it can be repaired at all but got no response. LOVE IT! My car sits on the street in Southern California all the time. I have a black leather interior and now in the summer I couldn't even touch the steering wheel or shifter, they were so hot. Never burn your hands again with this easy-to-use, retractable sun visor! It doesn't cool the interior of the car, but I wasn't expecting that (although it's definitely colder than before). This shade saves me time and effort. It's worth it for that alone! Say goodbye to fumbling with a shadow in the back seat and smacking yourself in the face with it 20 times a day. You no longer have to give up on storing it and throwing it in the back seat. Don't rush to install it. Mine is 1/8 too low and it scratches my dash a bit. Also, use two people. Meh. I was very excited when I received this item. but it has two major disadvantages in my opinion. (1) It absolutely does not block heat - in no way lowers the temperature "up to 50 degrees" as stated. It's still stuffy in my car even if it's been in the sun for a short time.
