A great eCommerce platform, solid support & guidance

The customer service was excellent! I had questions about my account setup that were answered quickly with no hassle at all from their team of experts who are always available to help out when needed via chat or phone call if required (which wasn't often). Nothing really - everything worked as expected for me so far but nothing came up specifically either way which can be good sometimes :) We have been using them since we first started our online store back around 2 years ago now and they've…

  • The way they work with the way your store and account are setup and the way they do things a we a way that helps sometimes get things done quicker for you but sometimes can be a hassle later on down the way

Great experience, user friendly & convenient

The best thing about this software to me was that I could do my whole report without having any problems with formatting or layout issues! It's been easy for us because we have no IT department here at work so if there are errors they're not being fixed very quickly (or ever). Sometimes you can't even access some of your data within certain reports; however once again i'm sure its just something wrong but sometimes after refreshing everything will be fine again - which makes sense as otherwise

  • Great platform used by teachers who wish
