The customer service was excellent! I had questions about my account setup that were answered quickly with no hassle at all from their team of experts who are always available to help out when needed via chat or phone call if required (which wasn't often).

Nothing really - everything worked as expected for me so far but nothing came up specifically either way which can be good sometimes :) We have been using them since we first started our online store back around 2 years ago now and they've never let us down once yet. They're very knowledgeable people too; some might say over confident perhaps? But this isn’t necessarily bad because confidence helps you get things done quicker than someone not being sure what will work best/how something should look etc., however please do ask any doubts before going ahead without asking your consultant directly otherwise there could potentially end up getting into issues later.
