Easy tool with good customer service

The ability to create forms and add questions easily is great. I can also use the survey in multiple languages, which makes it easy for my customers to understand what I am asking them. There are some features that I wish were easier to access or more intuitive (such as adding text boxes). It doesn't have all of the features you would find in other survey tools like SurveyMonkey or Google Forms, but it's simple and straight forward enough that any business owner could use this product without…

DatPoint makes my life easier and more organized

I like how easy it is to set up, use, customize templates! The customer service has been awesome as well; they are always willing to help me in any way possible when needed. It's expensive for small businesses with limited budgets (especially if you work remotely). This can be quite costly depending upon your needs/requirements.   • Also user friendly interface so clients could easily understand what Datpoint really offers them instead of spending time trying figure out why something did not turn out exactly same result expected before contacting sales representative..which seems rare nowadays due lackluster support services.but now most techs do take their calls
