I read an article about a woman who had a cat with a mouth ulcer and it was one of the things she fed her cat. So I bought it for my only cat with an ulcer but the problem was they all loved it.

I think it's ok but I bought it because when asked what it was they said it wasn't a pie. Well that's for sure! I purposely didn't want a pie! It's annoying to have 24 cans of something I didn't want.

I order Dave's all the time but for some reason this scent is very dry. I had to mix it with water to get a soft consistency. I didn't have to make canned food. Hence 2 stars deduction. Shop other pie flavors from Dave.

My cats don't like it very much and are not very picky. However, this is not the fault of the companies. When you take it out of the jar you can see some white at the bottom of the food but I'm thinking it might just be hydrogenated fat? I hope this is something

This is the best wet cat food in terms of quality ingredients, lack of carcinogens like carrageenan and price. I love that these are 5 ounce jars, all natural ingredients and my cat loves it. An added bonus is that it's made in the USA, which means it's regulated and I didn't have to wait long for it to arrive. Whoever this Dave is, I want to thank him.

Made for Daves of Simmons Pet Foods. Quality has dropped significantly in recent months, with chicken pies afloat, jars bulging and jars exploding upon delivery. Box and now looks like vomit in jars with thick knots of black jelly bottom right being digested for over $30 a box. I got the name Dave's from a friend who is well versed in feeding our pets natural, healthy foods with no by-products or cornmeal. As she gets older, I want her to eat quality foods that are good for her.
